I have been licensed as a real estate broker since 2003. From 2008 to 2012 I worked for financial institutions providing property management and brokerage services for foreclosed homes. The process was emotionally difficult but provided me with a set of tools and experiences that makes me and my team uniquely qualified to help trustees responsible for estates, and homeowners facing foreclosure or contemplating a short sale.

With a desire to help people, I created and operate the UnitedProbate.org website to provide a free resource for families and trustees who are facing the daunting task of managing an estate.
